Description:Male only classes for the regular joe to the average fitness buff. Circuit training with Bag work, pads, incorporated with spinning, skipping , obstacle course and ab workouts. Cardio to the max & involves weight training. Max 8 per class.

-Kickboxing - Boxing - Obstacle course in a circuit format - Cardio from Hell - AB Routine and Weight bearing exercises, 1 trainer per 10 or 2 per 20 clients
