My background on launching this type of training fits my own training and skill set in the fitness industry. From early on I was involved in soccer, basketball and volleyball. Later in life I played competitive and organized rugby, wrestling, baseball, ice hockey and mixed martial arts. I also volunteered my time coaching ice hockey and baseball; at the recreational and rep level. I competed and had my first Amateur Kickboxing in a fight in 2009. My record was; (1 win and 1 loss)
